Which writing friends are you particularly thankful for this Thanksgiving?
For me, the things I accomplish are only achieved with the support of family and friends – so I want to give a big thankful shout out to my family and to all my writing friends for keeping me company in this sometimes lonely endeavor.
I’m also incredibly thankful for my team at Random House’s Ballantine Books – after a slow start with another publisher, I’ve found a literary home – and for my agent, Marly Rusoff, who got me there.
But I am most thankful for my best writer-pal, Brenda Rickman Vantrease, and my husband, Mac Clayton, for the amazing support they give me.
And for my mom and dad. (Thanks, Mom, for emailing me the pecan pie recipe!) And my sons. (Hope you are loving the pecan pies!)
