I came across a great Wall Street Journal piece on reading in bookstores, thanks to writer pal Julia Flynn Siler. Some things you’d expect (“be nice to booksellers”; “don’t put the audience to sleep”) but also one last one I hadn’t thought of. I’d highly recommend it to anyone doing bookstore readings. - Meg
